Admissions Process

EnrollmentOpen enrollment begins during the month of February for the following academic year. Notification of acceptance is sent via USPS by early March once the online application is processed and approved by the school and by the parishes.At this time, prospective families can still apply for the current school year. Registrations will be reviewed on a continuing basis until all available places are filled. For students transferring into Grades 1-8, consideration will be given to academic and disciplinary records.

Enrollment Criteria
Criteria for Catholic and non-Catholic families who wish to enroll their children are as follows:
-Registered, practicing parishioners of our sponsoring parishes.-Registered, practicing parishioners of other Catholic parishes.
-Non-Catholic families are invited to submit an application for enrollment.
Please note:
*Non-Catholic families will be responsible for the full payment of tuition (no parish subsidy applied).
*Non-Catholic student/family must participate in and fulfill all religious curriculum requirements, which include faith study and participation in the liturgical and prayer life of the school.
-Students whose older siblings attend Cardinal Joseph Bernardin school will have priority over new registrations.

Required Admission Documents
In order for an application to be considered complete, several documents along with the $250 non-refundable enrollment fee must be submitted to CJB.
