I am a graduate of Illinois State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, Kindergarten - Grade 9. I hold certificate endorsements in: Language Arts, Self-Contained General Education K-9, and Social Science. Attending professional development classes to stay informed about the latest educational trends/developments is essential to my teaching career.
I have been teaching for 20+ years from preschool through the second grade, tutoring students of all ages at Huntington Learning Center, tutoring privately and substitute teaching. During my teaching career, I was blessed to take time off to raise my children. I enjoy spending time with my family and being outdoors.
